Absolutely, as part of the rental fee insurance is allocated for the rental vehicle. The comprehensive insurance policy that covers both the vehicle and everyone travelling in it, this is included in the rental as a standard.

Note: The standard insurance policy does not cover any type of goods in the vehicle.

No. The rental service we provide includes unlimited mileage, our customers can use our vehicles as much as they like during the agreed hire period.

Yes. We have a delivery and collection service that covers the whole UK mainland. We deliver rental vehicles anywhere across the UK providing it is in the mainland.

Yes. We allow our customers to use rental vehicles to travel into all EU countries; please note there will be an additional charge.

Yes. We allow one way rentals on most of our rental vehicles to all UK mainland locations.

Note: One way rentals are not offered to Islands off the UK or within Europe.

No, we don’t offer zero excess however by taking out Collision Damage Waiver to reduce the excess liability, it can reduce your insurance excess.

The minimum age we permit such vehicle is 25. The driver must also have a class D1 on the driver’s license.

Operator’s License is only needed for business use only. Personal use doesn’t require an operator’s license.

Upon claiming the vehicle, a deposit of £250 will be charged to cover incidental fees like fuel, speeding fines, parking tickets and damage costs. The deposit fee will be refunded after the hire is complete.

Yes. Refuelling our rental cars is recommended to cover the fuel consumption before return or collection. A fuel fee can be charged if required, to cover the fuel used or it can be deducted from the rental deposit.

Yes. We accept several methods of payment like corporate purchasing cards, BACS transfer and credit cards for business customers. However, some payment methods may be subjected to a credit check.

Our booking process can be done through a phone call. The following details are required when booking a vehicle:

• Preferred vehicle (If unsure about the vehicle details, our team will assist).
• Vehicle hire duration, including the delivery or collection date and time.
• Driver and additional driver’s information: name, contact number and address or business address.
• Collection and delivery details including postcodes.

Our clients must present a valid driver’s license held for at least a year (two years is recommended). Provisional license and expired license are not accepted.

Note: Checking penalty points or endorsement on licenses might be done, however, it won’t affect the customer’s ability to rent a vehicle.

Our fleet is regularly updated, your vehicle will almost always be nearly new (usually less than a year old). Our goal is to supply a well maintained, reliable, modern vehicle.

We allow unlimited mileage in the EU as well as provide cover, EU travel is an optional extra is an additional cost. You are NOT able to take your vehicle outside of mainland Europe, if you require travel outside of the EU please speak to one of our call staff before you travel. One way rental is not permitted to Europe.

Yes, we supply a Satnav at an extra cost.

This depends on your licence, and when it was issued. Most standard UK licences allow you to drive category B which is up to 3.5 tonnes and 9 seats maximum. Check the back of your licence to see, please contact us if you have any questions about what you can hire.
